Hailing from a non-Christian family, Cassandra came to know Christ through the ministry of her late grandmother and her secondary school Christian Fellowship. Deeply convicted of the need for Christians to serve in various capacities in Malaysia, she returned home from the UK in 2017 after completing her tertiary studies. She came to CDPC Puchong in 2021 and presently serves in the church's youth ministry.
After spending many years as a lawyer, working with NGOs and volunteering for elected representatives, she now works in the policy department of the country's stock exchange. Happily married to Ben since 2024, she enjoys running and reading up on theology, history and politics (ask her who her favourite author is when you bump into her at church!)
