Rodney accepted Christ in 1989 in Ipoh. He worked in various bookstores for many years in Petaling Jaya.
He currently teaches Leadership and Business Ethics in Sunway University. He is conservative, he is not adventurous, not a risk-taker, has a fear of height, and he prefers a routine, simple, sedentary life, has few friends, and he loves hawker food. He is comfortable with lizards in the house but not cockroaches. He hasn’t had a falling dream for a while and has forgotten how to play the guitar or paint with watercolor or play squash; and has not bought and read a newspaper for a decade.
Rodney is a director of Kairos Research Center. He is married to Christina and has two daughters, Kimberly and Karry Ann.
